LOVE

These past couple of days has been...phenomenal. Some enjoyed it, others hated it but there was an overwhelming amount of people who shared their strong opinions regarding this matter.

I love people. I choose to love people. Period. No labels. That's how I see it. We are all equal. We are all fearfully and wonderfully made by our Great GOD. Yes, I am a CHRISTIAN. No, I do not judge nor condemn people because I don't want to nor do I have the right to do so. There are so many things that I am conservative about, but when it comes to this matter, I choose to be open minded about things. This world is so beautiful and amazingly made by our GREAT GOD. We all have a reason and a purpose on why we are here on this beautiful world--how sure are we that those people who choose a certain choice isn't right? And honestly, how different am I, a 25 year old girl who's obese different from a 25 year old man who's bi/gay? We all have labels and it is EXHAUSTING. Why can't we all be what we really are? CHILDREN OF GOD. If JESUS died for all of us, doesn't that mean that HE died for those who are in the LGBT community as well? Don't we have a merciful GOD whose love remains to this date to be unconditional?

How sure are we that these mighty men and women who are gay/straight/bi weren't created purposely for this reason--to break barriers of labels? Haven't you asked yourselves, why these individuals were created to be this strong despite all the judgement, teasing, bullying and persecution? They still choose to be happy because they can find joy in everything. Wait, doesn't JOY come from GOD?

I know that this blog post isn't something that everyone will agree on. Heck, I don't even know if people will give the time and day to read it. But what I will say is that I am Happy that everyone in the US has the right to LOVE.

For those who agreed. Thank you. For those who disagree. Thank you. Either way, I respect your opinion. So, THANK YOU.

First of all, no, I am not part of the LGBT community but I do have my share of family and friends who are. I have nothing but love and respect for their own choices in life and I am extremely grateful that GOD placed them in my life. I hate placing labels on anything--it's both frustrating and limiting.

I normally do not do this but based on the number of messages I received for the past couple of days. I guess I just have to state my opinion. I appreciate those who ASKED and did not Assume. Thank you for your messages. Please understand that I am NOT influenced by anyone. This has always been my stand ever since, it's just that no one really asked me of my opinion of the matter.

Do I encourage same sex marriage? --No.

Do I LOVE, Support Respect and Accept those who are in the LGBT community? --YES. DEFINITELY.

Who am I to judge? :) We are all sinners to begin with and we are all sinners. Christ died for ALL of us, and we are ALL HIS CHILDREN. Why should we waste our time and energy bashing on what we believe in. Yes, it's fun to discuss certain things, but why do these beliefs and personal convictions lead to the end of friendships?

I did change my profile picture into the rainbow color, yes. I have my reasons. I changed it because:

a.) I am EXTREMELY BUBBLY and I think it does reflect my personality.

b.) I love the colors and I love rainbows!

c.) I LOVE, SUPPORT and ACCEPT every single person.

Again, who am I to judge? and how is hating and condemning people any different? Isn't that a sin as well? The truth is, there is no greater nor lesser sin. We are all equal. NO ONE IS BETTER THAN ANY ONE. I think the most important thing is that we do not offend nor hurt anyone.I have a few questions for whoever is reading this is:

1. Do homosexual couples hurt you in any way?

2. Do they hurt your way of living by being who they are?

3. Do they degrade you as an individual and diminish your worth?

--they why hate on them? Isn't judging an act of believing that you are better than others?

I posted this message on my FB page and I'll post it here as well.

LOVE is SO powerful. We all have MANY expressions of it that only those who are involved in it could understand. It's a wonderful and an unexplainable feeling because it is CHRIST who first loved us, I think it would be such a waste to place a label on this beautiful and powerful word.
LOVE and Hate are two of the most strongest feelings in life-- and I personally CHOOSE LOVE. Why? because LOVE CONQUERS ALL

*plus, the colors are pretty cute, don't you think? :) Stop the Sexism and act with LOVE. THAT is the most important thing of all.
